As outlined in the previous post, there is an increasing cost of dealing with customer queries and complaints. A cost that can potentially be millions, but is something that can be fixed.
Customer expectations are higher than ever. Customers are more demanding, want to feel important and know that they are "always right". This is largely down to the ever increasing number of companies out there providing similar products and services, meaning customer satisfaction can be a key way to attract and keep important customers.
This month we saw the return of the data visualisation event of the year; Tableau Conference Europe 18. We at CDO Partners had the privilege to attend for the second year in a row, returning with our now expanded team.
